No, there is no refund for early returns.

Yes. Any persons under the age of 18 is required to wear helmets in our machines. Over the age of 18 is suggested but not required. 

If cell phone service is available, call or text us with details about what happened. Our machines are equipped with GPS trackers that we can use to acquire your location. If damage occurs due to negligence of renter, a retrieval fee of $150 will be charged to renter.

Our machines will be full at the time of your rental and must be returned full at renters expense.  

If cancellation is made 48 hours or less there will be no refunds. A $50 fee will be charged if canceled prior to 48 hours. However, we will be happy to offer you a credit to ride another time or you can transfer the reservation to friends or family. If for any reason, we cancel your reservation, a full refund will be given. No shows will be charged 100% of the reservation.
